1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the qbaji platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and any associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name or from the same device or IP address, both accounts will be suspended and all bonuses will be cancelled.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. The following details must be correct:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Details matching your preferred payment method

qbaji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and close accounts if false or incomplete information is provided.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qbaji currently supports three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Either of these three methods must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

2.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In certain cases, additional time may be needed for identity verification.

2.4 Account Ownership Verification

For a withdrawal to be completed, the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same person's name. Payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

2.5 Transaction Restrictions

qbaji reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for review. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each account is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• qbaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

3.4 VIP Program

qbaji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving up through regular play unlocks weekly cashback — from Bronze through to Diamond, weekly cashback rates are 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are published separately and are subject to change at any time.

4.1 Fraud and Manipulation

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or glitches in games or the system
• Colluding with other players when betting
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Impersonating a qbaji employee or representative

4.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If fraudulent activity is proven, all balances in the account — including bonuses and winnings — will be forfeited. qbaji also reserves the right to notify the relevant legal authorities if necessary.
